2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to open an account and use services on bg bets is 21 years. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. bg bets may request a government-issued ID or relevant documents for age verification at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening more than one account from the same person, family, home address or IP address is a breach of these terms. In such cases, bg bets reserves the right to close the additional accounts and cancel any bonuses.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, date of birth and other details provided at registration must be true and accurate. If an account is opened with false or fabricated information, it may be closed immediately and the balance forfeited. If you need to update your information, please contact customer support.
2.4 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your bg bets login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
3 Account Management
3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
bg bets may verify user identity to ensure safe and transparent services. Copies of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested. If verification is not completed within the specified time after a request, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
3.2 Account Inactivity
If there is no activity on an account for 12 months or more, it may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account remains intact, but certain features may become restricted. To reactivate, log in or contact the support team.
3.3 Third-Party Use
Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is strictly prohibited. Each account must be used only by the registered individual.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on the bg bets platform are currently supported via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Cryptocurrency and any other methods are not accepted.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. The maximum limit may vary depending on the method and account status. Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. If identity verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
4.4 Fraud Prevention
bg bets monitors all financial transactions. If any transaction appears suspicious, bg bets has the right to place it on hold until verification is complete. If evidence of fraud is found on an account, the balance may be seized.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; to make that bonus withdrawable, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.
5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses
bg bets runs multiple promotions for regular users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
- Winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — the next one cannot be claimed until the current one is completed.
- If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, bg bets reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.4 VIP Program
The bg bets VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated on net losses for the week. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The game provider's server log is considered final evidence for determining results on bg bets. If a game is not completed due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Use of Software and Systems
Using automated bots, scripts or AI software to place bets or play games is prohibited. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or gaining an advantage through collusion is a serious breach of these terms. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately.
6.3 Right to Void Bets
bg bets may void bets placed due to an obvious software error or incorrect display of information. In such situations, the original bet amount will be returned to the account.
7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion
Any user may request to temporarily or permanently deactivate their account. Once a self-exclusion request is made, the account cannot be accessed for the specified period. If an attempt is made to bypass this protective measure, bg bets reserves the right to close the account.
7.2 Protection of Minors
No one under the age of 21 may use the platform. If evidence of use by a minor is found on any account, it will be closed immediately and bg bets will decide on the balance at its discretion.
8 Security and Privacy

8.1 Data Protection
bg bets does not sell user data to third parties. However, data may need to be provided in response to legal obligations or valid requests from authorities.
8.2 Account Security Responsibility
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their device secure, use a strong password and not share OTPs with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify customer support immediately.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 bg bets' Right to Suspend
bg bets may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account during an investigation for the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Fraud, money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses
9.2 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their account. In that case, the account will be deactivated after any pending withdrawals are completed. A request to reopen can be made through customer support.
10 Limitation of Liability
bg bets is not responsible for:
- Disruption to a gaming session caused by the user's internet connection dropping
- Damage arising from a fault or virus on the user's own device
- Server downtime of third-party game providers
- Financial loss resulting from the user's own errors
In the event of any technical issue, bg bets will work toward a fair resolution and will consider each complaint individually.
11 Changes to Terms
bg bets reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered mobile number or email.
